Who we are

Snevemoney is the money channel @snevemoney on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and this website, snevemoney.com. It is run by Evens Louis in Quebec, Canada. Questions about your data: snevemoney12@gmail.com.

Your email

• When you ask for a free tool, sheet or the newsletter, we keep your email address and which page or video sent you.
• We use it only to send you what you asked for, money tips and new free resources.
• We never sell or rent it.
• Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you stop getting them.

Visits

We count page visits, clicks and downloads anonymously with a random visitor ID stored in your browser, so we know which tools and videos help people. These counts are stored in our database (Supabase). There are no ad trackers, no Facebook or Google ad pixels, and no selling of browsing data.

Payments

Paid products are sold through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email and what you bought so we can deliver it.

Instagram comments and DMs

On some posts we invite you to comment a keyword (for example BUDGET) to get a free tool. When you do:

• We read that comment and your public Instagram username and ID.
• We send you one private message with a link to the tool. We don't send repeats for the same post.
• We log the comment, the keyword and the time so we don't message you twice and can see which posts help.
• We don't add you to any list unless you later enter your email on our site yourself.

To have this record deleted, message us on Instagram or email us (below).

Delete or see your data

Email snevemoney12@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" (or "Send my data") and the email address or Instagram username it is about. We'll confirm and complete it within 30 days. Unsubscribing stops emails right away.

Where it's stored and for how long

Data is stored with our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, our email tool and our own automation server), some of which may store it outside Quebec or Canada. We keep email records until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and Instagram comment logs for up to 12 months.

Your rights in Canada and Quebec

We follow Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time. The person responsible for personal information is Evens Louis, reachable at snevemoney12@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
